Award shortlist for Harrogate PR

This week there has been lots of excitement in the Startup PR office because I’ve been shortlisted for the Ackrill Media Awards as ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’. These are a regional award open to businesses in the Harrogate area.

The Harrogate Advertiser came and took my photo on Wednesday and I think a write up will be appearing in the next few weeks. I’m delighted to be nominated – it’s really nice to get a pat on the back from someone outside of the company.

We manage PR for many amazing businesses in Harrogate and Yorkshire so a BIG thank you to all of our clients and the lovely journalists we work with – we would be nothing without your support.

I’m a really big fan of entering business awards and I think more businesses should do it. Soon I will be posting a blog about the benefits of entering business awards, and I will list a few of my favourites.
